Service and COLD Pizza

This is one of the worst branches ever. For the 3rd time now we have received cold pizza's and half ass deliveries. Waiting for more than 2 hours and not receiving the full order.

When phoning the branch the so-called manager or assistant Manager Sipho is full of excuses with no action plan and no commitment to fix the problem. Now we have to wait an additional 20 minutes for our cold drink to be delivered after waiting for over 2 hours and paying R35 delivery fee. Pizza is ICE COLD and stiff as a plank.

This is unacceptable and I demand a refund!!!!!!
