**** service

**** poor service and I am a regular customer.

Places my order at 18:17 and got confirmation at 18:22 with my order number. At 20:51 they i had to call in to find out where my food was. The manager advised they can't get hold of the driver and I will need to wait again as they preparing a new order. She calls me again at 20:54 to advise the driver don't know where the place is as he cannot find it.
