Serious lack of professionalism and customers service

No regard for customers. Staff talking to each other (dispute or disagreement) and just blantantly ignored the 3 customers infront of them.

Just no regard for customer service or common respect for the persons infront of them and sadly not the first time I've experienced this at this very branch. If this is the standard then close the branch
