Selling me spoiled food

I'm very disappointed with Romans pizza at president hyper lately. When i get to buy pasta, always i get a spoiled one. Always what they do is we will bring you another one n what they bring is very perfect. So i ask myself, why are we sold expired food? As for me i am ver sensitive when it comes to things like these, just one bite of spoiled, can mess up my stomach. I'm even typing this suffering from runny stomach. I am very very very disappointed.
