Ruined pizza

My pizza came with the toppings on the other side of the box, i called to complain and one of their managers said we could keep it and they would deliver another one so we ate half the pizza that was salvageable and waited for another one ....when the delivery man got to me for my second pizza he demanded the pizza back, which wasnt what was discussed so we called again to explain what had happened and the delivery man still left without giving me my pizza because i didn't have a picture (which was something i wasn't told to do in the very beginning) and apologized for it and the other manager said it was fine but in the near future if a problem like that occurred a picture is needed.(Rosettenville Romans Pizza)
