Rude staff and cold pies at romans polokwane

I ordered 4 pizza pies online and chose the option for delivery not collection to the office and paid with my card online..they sent an SMS saying that the order will only take 20 minutes then I can come and "collect" and I ordered for delivery I then called to check how can this be possible and the said they do not do deliveries and they were rude and even spoke to the manager called Ali and he said they don't deliver and I wanted to cancel my order because I couldn't go fetch it...when i asked vant i cancel my order they said no and they don't know why it gave me an option of delivery while they do not deliver..and now by the time I went to fetch the pies..they were very cold the staff at romans were very rude even the manager
