Rude staff

Wednesday I order pizza and request for delivery around 10:45 I paid around 170 and o got confirmation my order was received .20 minutes later I get a call from one lady asking me if I can come collect so I asked her why did they confirm order knowing there are no drivers and I told her I can't come of I had means to get there I would have came in the first place and she told me they will have to request for a refund which will take about 21 days.o told her it's acceptable and if they can't deliver then they must refund now .after some time she said they will get a Uber eats driver to deliver it took over 45 minutes and when I called after having an argument with the lady as I was trying to call the driver as well and he was not answering when I asked her to give the manager she said she is busy she will call me .she put the done on the side and started to say to her colleagues huuu shame some customers are rude I was listening to them I then hang up called again spoke to a lady by the Dieketseng who told me she the manager . She said she will listen to the called and call me Thursday but even today nothing and the pizza was dry and cold when it got her
