Rude Person

Not very happy with Romans Pizza at Wilropark shopping center. I wanted to order pizza from them last night 23 May 2020. I had placed the order and told them where to deliver and the person that took my order said it is fine they will deliver. At 17:40 the driver from Romans Pizza calls me and asked for the location , I sent him my location via Whatsapp and he never read or called again. At this point it was al ready 17:55 and when I phoned Romans Pizza to hear where the guy is with my pizza the person was very rude and said that I live to war and that they don't deliver to my eria then when I asked if they don't know the erias why did they say theu will deliver he/she got rude and said they will not do the delivery and if they do the pizza will be cold. I then said well sorry I will not be paying for the pizza as it will be cold. I ended the call and went to support a other place. So please Romas Pizza Wilropark learn the places where you need to do deliveries and don't get rude when O say that I will not pay for cold food
