Rude and very **** service

I wanted to order pizza from wierda park romans pizza. After waiting on phone for more then 5 min a rude staff member answered the phone. I asked for tangy russian pizza wuth the R99 for 2 large special where i was told that i can only get russian and no onions where as all the other Romans pizza shops give the full tangy russian as part of promo. I phoned again and asked to speak to the manager who was just as rude as staff member who also gave me te same bull sh#t. When i said im going to put a complaint i was told to do so as they are not affraid. I phone one of the area managers who also just had stories and just gave me the story that romans pizza is apologizing for the mistake and the all the other shops are wrong and only that 1 shop is right. I had to pay more money and order from debonairs pizza as Romans pizza will never see or take my money ever agian. They can rather kiss my @ss for all i care and i will make sure everybody knows how rude and unprofessional they are.
