Rough Romans experience!

Good day. I made an order for delivery at your CLEARWATER store at 2:37PM (two medium pizzas - a four in one and Quatro with no extras) I was told 20 minutes for delivery from taking the order. I stay 7mins away from Clearwater,but today I didn’t have access to my car,so 20mins sounds fast,but I accept it. I spelled out the address AND had the guy read it back. The delivery guy phones me,to confirm my location in the complex (address aswell) at 2:55PM - the pizza is done and he’s on his way out for the delivery. Again - I stay 7 minutes away.

By 3:42PM (left at 2:55PM) and after MULTIPLE CALLS from the driver and calls to the store,I receive two VERY cold pizzas in a soggy box due to the steam and heat no doubt.

Unhappy with the product - as it’s thick based and it went super cold,it was like eating day old pizza,and the fact that due to a soggy box it stuck to the bottom and I had to pick pieces of box from the pizza.

Unhappy with a 47 total minute wait from when the driver LEFT the store,to a location that is 7minutes away..

And I was craving Romans Pizza all week - this just put me off so badly,that I’d rather order from somewhere else in the future...
