Rotten lasagna

I went to buy 2 chicken and 1 meat lasagna at Romans pizza at Karenpark Crossing PTA...WORST DECISION EVER. 1st I called to order and arrived 30 minutes later to collect and still had to wait about 5 more minutes(remember this fact for later on in the story). When I received the container they were hot which got me so excited, cause. As soon I opened the containers when I got home I knew something was wrong. The container edges were badly burnt. I smelled the meat, it smelt ok, but when I cut out a piece I could see that it was so dry and it looked like frozen lasagna!. The chicken where the worst and I had to throw them away the smell was off and the look was just all wrong, but I thought maybe I'm wrong the meat looked wrong but it wasn't that bad, so I tried it out..wrong decision!!! The chicken,mushroom whatever was in there tasted off. I didn't even wanna try the 2nd one. The expiry date said 13/03/2016 I than knew that this is frozen lasagna that must be kept for months and mine was so close to the expire date that it scares me. I want answers, this is disgusting. I have pictures & u need to specify that it frozen lasagna not freshly made, just heated up to your consumer.
