Rotten and uncooked pizza

I bought pizza at Uber eats at Roman's pizza Roodepoort, the pizza was rotten and uncooked. Tried logging a request with uber but the was an issue with they system. I then called Roman's pizza and l was told l would be refunded with another pizza and l politely said no can l have my money back. I was then assisted by a Manager called Blessing who doesn't understand customer service well, she kept offering me vouchers to buy at Roman's but not my money and coming up with excuses that Uber eats refuses to repay my order. As a customer l don't care about that whole process all l want is my money and the rest you can deal with uber eats.
