Romans zevenwacht mall

Very bad delivery service from Romans Pizza in Zevenwacht mall. I ordered and paid online at 18.15pm ..it is now 20.20pm and still no sign of delivery .i've called the store twice already to find out the status of my order. It is also a mission just to get through the telephone line.Whats the point of a delivery service if you can't deliver ! !
