ROMANS WILLOW WAY HORRIBLE SERVICE

We’re extremely unsatisfied with the service from this store. The driver drive to our estate , never spoke to the security to phone us to let him in , after almost two hours we followed up on our order, they told us he was here and we didn’t answer , after several attempts and trying to explain how to access the estate, the manager Julia, told us that they close at 8pm and we should collect ourselves. I told her it’s unreasonable as they didn’t follow the instructions. She then proceeded to lie and say the drivers logged off. After two minutes she started speaking to a ‘driver’ and dropped the phone in my ear.
