romans westville terrible

I have had horrible food from the Romans Westville branch since opening. today I thought I would give them another chance and I received a foul-smelling tasteless piece of cheese covered cardboard in the shape of a pizza. Just horrible.

So the store owner calls me to let me know she will look into it but that I would pay "a lot more for a better pizza" and that there are no other complaints. People usually just stop buying from you most people do not like conflict. The offer of a voucher for more terrible pizza is a little insulting, to be honest(You think the pizza is terrible, here have some more).
