Romans Van Der Hoff doesn't deliver

Romans Pizza Van Der Hoff Pretoria doesn't deliver. I phoned and ordered pizza at 18:54. Was informed of a 45min waiting time before delivery. At 19:56 one hour later still nothing. Phoned Romans again - they will contact delivery person and get back to me. Guess what, did not happen. Phoned again at 20:11 and talked to manager. He wil phone back within 1 min. Waited another 6 min. Phoned manager again this time he requested we wait 2 min for delivery. We cancelled order immediately with manager. Delivery guy phoned at 20:30 to deliver the cold pizza. I informed him we cancelled the order wih the manager. So a 45min order took 1h 35min after 4 phone calls. The whole family including our 2 young children were very hungry and disgusted in Romans.
