Roman's Showgate Pathetic Service

I honestly do not know where to even start with this complaint. The only reason we shop at Romans Showgate in Bloemfontein is because the other Romans are to far away. Every time you get there the service is pathetic. Either it takes the staff a minute or 2 to get up while looking at you as if you are interrupting their break or when you call to place an order there is no answer. When they do answer the service isnt much better. The pizzas are wrong every now and then, but if you double check it in store they look at you dirty.

Today I ordered 2 Large Pizzas and 1 Small Pizza at 16h15. When I arrived at the shop at 17h I gave the lady my name and surname and told her I ordered online. She asked what I ordered, I told her and she said she did not see it, I logged into Romans Website and showed her what I ordered and she still said she could not see it and the waiting time was 1 hour. She asked me if I was willing to wait for 1 hour for my pizza. I told her no and informed her that Romans website is fx pathetic and they need to sort it out. As I turned around she told me that she was joking and my total was R180. I told her I was not paying and she can leave it.

The entire concept of your business is the ease of take aways, ordering 45 minutes in advance to show up and be told the order is not reflecting and you should wait another hour isnt a joke in the service industry. My wife went back re-ordered and purchased the pizza, but this is the last time this Romans will see me. If the lady wants to make jokes she should be a standup comedian.
