Roman's rob people I don't trust them I want my money back.

I ordered pizza from Roman's Pizza Rosettenville on Sunday 29/09/2025 online about 30mins later they canceled my order and they called me to tell me they processed a refund this was 5 days ago and still I have not received my money back calling Roman's doesn't help cos they not very helpful and calling the bank is even worse in the meantime I lost this money and I want my money back no one asked them to cancel my order and now I am sitting and waiting for my money and days later still nothing I am so annoyed by the level of useless service I have been receiving from them.
