Romans pizze bad service

Very poor and bad service at Piet Retief Branch Order online -it stated I will be mailed it called to pick up Pizza I waited for more than 30 min and then walked in to counter where they pulled out a Cold Pizza and said nothing I enquired WHY did they not inform me - I am only a cashier was the reply Even the Manager Thulani had no excuse - he was NOT aware that I must be notified
