Romans Pizza, Wilrogate. No service delivery

I ordered pizza by telephone from Romans Pizza, Wilrogate on 08/12/2018 at 17:45. I was told that it will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes which is standard. I got to the establishment at 18:00 and got into the queue to pay and collect my order. When I eventually got to the front of the queue to pay and collect, a person was called from behind me and was served first.

I obviously cancelled the order and walked out of the establishment as I am not prepared to tolerate this kind of service delivery. This was not the first incident like this that I experienced personally from Romans Pizza, Wilrogate.

They even had the audacity to call me at 19:30 to come and collect my order.

This was the last time that any branch of Romans Pizza will see of me.
