Romans Pizza Walmer Park- pay for extra's and lose out

Ordered two pizza's of which one was the Supreme,paid for garlic to be added and got it delivered with no garlic. This is wrong as it is theft,you pay for something you don't get. Why did the order not get checked,bad service Romans Pizza Walmer Park. I am not unhappy with the quality of pizza or delivery but I pad for something that I did not get.
