Romans Pizza The Berg

I order pizza over the phone. 1 the person that answered phone did not understand that well. 2 they gave delivery man wrong address and he had to phone us to get it. 3 they price they quoted and price I had to pay differed by a hundred Rand. 4 the pizzas were not what we ordered. 5 I get no till slip as apparently the machine is not working. How do you run a business this way. 6 we phone them and ask what is going on and the person says they made a mistake and then put the phone down in my ear. IF THIS IS THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. ONLY REASON FOR THE STAR IS THE PIZZA WAS NICE. SORRY BUT WITH THAT WAY OF DOING BUSINESS YOU WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN ☹☹☹☹☹☹☹
