Roman's Pizza Terrible service towards customers
ROMANS PIZZA Lenasia south is terrible with there service toward they customers...I order a pizza at 17:28 for my father birthday family waited until 18:55 to eat...the manager mable tells me that they gave my order to someone else and this is not the first time this happened...I have emailed ***-Umair Franchisee ***

Thanks for you help with regard to my complaint..it the second time this has happen now and we did call the Franchisee Umair the 1st this time we decided to take it a bit higher with Hello Peter..I really feel we should be compasation for both orders..as the mess up with no remorse there after...I will give feedback when I am contacted by them...many thanks Renaldo Pillay.
