Romans pizza St John's Pinetown

It is now 7:45pm,i placed an order for ONE pizza at 5:54pm. There is noooo way it takes over an hour and a half to make 01 pizza. I have been waiting for this delivery for sooo long, my son is starving. Romans pizza St John's in Pinetown is really pathetic!!! I live 10 minutes away from the store!! I eventually decided to call and enquire on my order only to be told by the lady who answered the phone that they have no idea where the driver is...he apparently left over an hour ago to make a delivery elsewhere ! A courtesy call or text would have been nice, why should I have to follow up with them!!!! It is almost going on 2hours!!! I should have just ordered McDonald's or Debonairs.. I'm disgusted with this service... Almost 2hours waiting for 01 pizza!!!!!! 2 whole hours.....and not so much as a courtesy call to apologize for the inconvenience, this is the last time I place an order with this silly restaurant.. The absolute last!!
