Romans Pizza - Southgate Mall

I was made to swipe twice for one order after their systems crashed. The lady told me I could come back for a refund if they indeed did deduct twice. When I came back today I was made to run from pillar to post to prove my purchase. I showed them on my app the deductions, but that was not enough... they made me go through the embarrassing exercise of printing out and showing them my bank statement (that costs ME money) The manager on the phone was rude making me display my private in front of other customers to prove that THEY deducted twice and the fault was theirs to begin with.

This was all for food I'd ****ped out yesterday already.
