Romans pizza sells raw food
When I order Romans Pizza I specifically request that the pizza is crispy otherwise I get a raw based pizza. Even when I order Crispy, the pizza still comes back raw. Romans pizza does not bake their bases long enough and it is making us ill. When I called in tonight and requested that they make the base crispy, they said they were not able to do so as they were too busy. So I then asked them to cancel my order after which they said of course we will make it crispy and when I collected the pizza the base was raw, so they have not in fact made it crispy.

Thank you for your feedback. Our pizzas all go through the oven for a certain time and when you request them to be crispy, it means they would need to go through the oven twice which is not policy. I apologise that this has come as a disappointment to you.
