Romans Pizza Rustenburg Square - BAD

I would give 0 stars if possible. We ordered food for delivery at 18:32. After an hour passed and we tried to follow up with a call there was no answer at the Rustenburg Square branch, even after holding for 15minutes. After another hour we tried to call again with no answer. AGAIN.

We decided to drive to the branch to enquire on our order. As we drove down the road the delivery s****** passed us and we returned home. Upon meeting with the delivery guy he tried to brush the situation off as a joke. According to him he only received the order just before he went out for delivery, which was after 20:00.

Upon inspection of the pizzas one of the seals were broken and the toppings on the pizza is an utter mess! If the branch was so busy that we needed to wait two hours for an order that should take 30min, they should have had the courtesy to call us to inform us about the delay. Now we have hungry children waiting for their food and we don't know how long it will be before the food arrives.

I would love to be contacted by a manager of some kind.
