Romans Pizza Rats in the Kitchen

Rats running around the size of cats inside the Weltevredenpark shop staff saw the size of the rats, how am I supposed to eat my pizza after seeing rats running around the kitchen and then the manager phoned back the next day and says they working on it I've left voice message for the woman in charge of customer care at head office and nobody has bothered to get back to me.
