Romans Pizza Randfontein Poor customer service

Shocking to phone Pizza for delivery @17:27 and only receive it 19:49 needless to say it was cold. Phoned the shop no apology just its busy but you have to pay R40 forcdelivery!!! Never ever order from them this is the 3rd time it hapoen Im so over the poor customer service!!
