Romans Pizza Quality Management

Poor service is normative today. Yet, sometimes, quality prevail. On 09/12/2023 the Roman's Pizza Chicken Romana dish was below standard (undercooked). The friendly manager on duty (Syiola) apologised and immediately suggested a complimentary replacement next time I order. He also undertook to inform the other managers. Last week I called the franchise. Syiola was not on duty but Cashwell new about the order. He confirmed the agreement and then went a step further - the additional pizza I planned to order would also be complimentary and he will oversee that the Chicken Romana will be done correctly. The order will take 10 minutes. He did exactly fact. Much apprciated
