Romans Pizza Plattekloof

We have placed an order online. After an hour still waiting on our pizza, we phoned to follow up finding out the the online order slips did not print. They apologized and said they will send our order within the next 20 minutes. After another 30 minutes we phoned again when they assured us the driver already left, they will phone him to find out where he is and get back to us. 10 minutes later we phone as no one phoned back asking to speak to the manager. Explaing everything again to him, he apologized again and assured the driver is almost here, he himself will phone and flow up and get back to me. It is already 2 hours since we placed the order, still no pizza ad stiil no call from the store or manager letting us know where the driver is or what is goning on!!!!!! This is the worst service ever!!!!!!!!!
