Roman's Pizza Parkview lost my respect

Really disappointed in Roman's Pizza Parkview's service delivery. Phoned for over half an hour and staff didn't pick up. I eventually ran out of airtime just from ringing for half an hour (since when is that a thing?). Eventually drove to the Parkview branch and upon arrival the phones were ringing and the staff was standing there, chatting - not caring about the ringing phone. I subsequently phoned Pizza Perfect Woodhill which is just around the corner, and the phone was answered within 5 seconds. Decided to rather take my business there. At least Pizza Perfect isn't as careless about their customer satisfaction as Roman's Pizza. Really disappointed. Roman's needs to up their game or they won't lose just one customer today.
