Romans Pizza Menlyn Park DISGUSTING

This is the second time this has happened to me at Romans Pizza Menlyn Park Mall! I ordered a small four-in-one with barbeque thick base - when I got home, the base had not been swapped and it was just a standard four-in-one. They compensated by giving me another pizza the following day, however, I called again today and ordered the same thing. And they made the same mistake again! On both occasions I was helped by the same cashier - Tryphina and the same manager on duty. I told them about the mistake, then they remade the correct order. But the pizza they gave me in the end was not properly cooked! The dough was still raw and it was NOT appealing to eat. I am NEVER going to Romans Pizza Menlyn Park Mall again. They have lost a recurring customer. Their service is horrible and I would never advise anyone to go there after my disgusting experience.
