ROMANS PIZZA MEADOWDALE MALL WORST AT TIME MANAGEMENT

Romans Pizza Meadowdale mall is the worst when it comes to time keeping. I called them to place an order and when I got there they got the order wrong. The reason I called was because I had a meeting at work and lunch is supposed to be served at 12. I called them at 11;30 to place an order and they said the order will be ready in 15mins and when I get there they've got the order wrong so I have to start all over again. I had to wait an extra 20 mins now lunch is late and the bosses are angry at me because I had to make sure that by 12 exactly the lunch is ready. Please get more stuff during lunch. What's the point of calling if you going to have to wait? The worst part is that this is not the first time.
