Romans Pizza Mayfield Square, Daveyton - the worst of the worst

The Romans Pizza in Mayfield Square, Daveyton has the most ********** service ever. We called to place an order but no one picked up, got to the store and called while inside and they literally ignored the call. There was a gentleman who was complaining that he hadn’t received his order and it had been over 40mins. I spoke to one of the ladies at the till point about it and she couldn’t give me an answer as to why the phone wasn’t being answered. She said if we place an order we will wait between 20-40mins. We decided to leave and placed an order at Northmead Romans Pizza.

We once placed an order telephonically, went there after 30mins as per their request, got there and still had to wait another 30mins.

These people don’t treat their customers with respect just because the store is situated in a black community and the manager is there but there’s no change. It is things like these that give us black people a bad name and people are amazed when we don’t support black businesses.
