Romans Pizza Mall @ Carnival pathetic service.

Good day. on Saturday (14.04.18) I placed an order for collection at the Romans Pizza Mall @ Carnival branch, under the name Renaldo, cell number ********** 981. My order came up to R286, which was for 2 large pizzas and 2 medium pizzas. The pizzas were ready upon my arrival. which i was pleased with. A lady by the name of Sharon assisted me both on the phone and when i arrived at the store. my partner and i agreed to split the bill, which we would swipe for. Sharon insulted me by saying that "i am not a man for letting a lady pay for half the bill". so, i kept quiet and let it slide. she then added that "i do not know how to treat a women because she is paying half the bill." and still. i kept quiet, paid the bill and walked out the store.

i am in the retail industry myself. and i certainly know thats NO way to speak to a customer. its non of their business as to who and how payment is being made. i am disgusted by the service i got at Romans Pizza Mall @ Carnival. fortunately i kept my cool because i had family members with me. i have passed on the message to my friends and family members about the service levels at Romans Pizza Mall @ Carnival and i will never ever do business with Romans Pizza.
