Romans Pizza Lenasia South -Terrible Service Delivery

Good morning, I would like to log a complaint about Romans Pizza in Lenasia South. I ordered 2 large pizza's and a small pizza for delivery last week Saturday night. The pizza's took 1 and a half hours to be delivered. The pizza was cold and the delivery guy requested cash from me. I find this kind of service unacceptable. Each time you call in to order. You have to continously repeat your order and they sometimes still get it wrong. If not, they cut your call and you have to call back. Very frustrating. You pay for delivery an extra R40.00 and you get it delivered over an hour late. Romans Lenasia South does not take customer service and delivery seriously.
