Roman's pizza is flavour less.( Newcastle)

On a recent visit to Roman's Newcastle I ordered 4 pizzas from the Slava flavour range, now being a picky person on where I order pizza from I only trust Roman's as at one stage their pizza was of high quality, however this is the 2nd occasion where I am so disappointed in Roman's the quality and taste of the pizza is rated at 1 star, I have complained on a previous occasion however there is no improvement on the taste, the BBQ chicken was flavor less. In the past one could taste the BBQ, now all you taste is cheese, also hardly any chicken. Complaining in store or to Roman's customer care is fruitless as nothing improves.
