Online order rejected by staff due to the delivery of 6.8km to far after offering service online for a fee of R40 which was charged with the order. No notification sent saying that the order had been rejected. At 8 called to find out the above as we were still waiting an hour for the food. No concern that it was my last few rand to spoil my family before pay day and that we have nothing else to eat for dinner. They call back to say sorry it is cancelled just wait a few days for the money it will be reversed. No funds to order other food not their problem. So why offer a service, charge me and then reject. Dont offer if you cant deliver. Manager Martin Raphuti keeps on putting the phone down after he says he will call back. I asked for either my money so I can get something else for my family to eat or bring my order. Then he puts the phone down. Owner Wandile Shongwe didnt even bother to contact me and left Martin to deal the issue.
