Romans pizza gateway food court terrible service

I went to romans pizza gateway food court, as i finished placing my order i continued to pay with card and got a notification from my bank that payment was successful but the store's card machine had a problem and didnt print it. The cashier continued to tell me i had to pay again although i had already, i then called for the manager and he was completely rude and refused to understand that i had already paid for my order and told me to pay AGAIN. I then left without my order and my money with the worst experience ever at a restaurant.
