Romans pizza doesn't know how to run business

It was aroud 6:45 pm when we called Romans pizza to place an order,because the area was experiencing load shedding we asked the guy what time they were closing and he confirmed that they will be closing at 7:30 pm. We arrived there at around 6:25 and the doors were closed already, we waived to indicate that we were there to collect the order ,so the security guy opened the doors and confirmed if we are there for order of whish we agreed. They let us in only to tell us that their swiping machine doesn't work due to load shedding, so they suggested we go get cash by the nearest ATM. We sacrificed and withdrew money from a different bank which cost of a lot of bank charges ,to pay for the order. When we got back to the shop we were told, after a few minutes of waiting outside, that the order they had was for the woman,whom we suddenly found waiting in the shop. Then we were told that our order was never processed. I mean not only did Romans wait our time ,they took us for granted and send us around for no reason. It's either they take orders telephonically or they don't end of the story, unless if they don't have an idea how to run business and give proper service to the customer
