Message left and received no reply. Call to *** at 20:30. No answer, call goes to answer service. Call to *** at 20:37. No answer, call goes to answer service. Call to *** at 20:46. No answer, call goes to answer service. Call to *** at 20:47. No answer, call goes to answer service. Call to *** at 21:02. No answer, call goes to answer service. Call to *** at 21:07. Order was paid for and confirmed by the Ferndale branch at 19:10. No food was delivered. No contact made with anyone that works at the Ferndale branch. No employee from the Ferndale branch has contacted me to explain why no food was delivered.

This level of service is unacceptable.

There is a name for a company that takes your money and does not deliver on their product.
