Romans Pizza Diamond Pavilion Kimberley

Today i waited for over an hour for two pizza pies at Romans Pizza Diamond Pavilion Mall Kimberley. While waiting i noticed the cashier kept on lifting her mask to call out the order numbers and rests her hand under the mask while doing so .She then serves the pizza orders without sanitizing her hands. That did it for me , i requested a refund and reported it to Kathrine on their complaints number with all relevant information. All the customers were in general complaining even the Mr. D and Take Alot guys were complaing about the poor customer service. Come guys you are using electric pizza ovens not woods burning ovens
