Romans Pizza debited credit card, but cancelled our order...have not been refunded the money.

I'm writing this review in the hopes I can get refunded for a Pizza order that Romans cancelled. I placed the order through the online ordering system, then we used my wifes credit card to pay. the money came off her account, but then we received a message online that said Romans had cancelled the order and sorry for the inconvenience. Something like that..can't remember the exact pop up message. We then placed the order through the Mr D app and we received our food. But my wife wasn't refunded the money by Romans Pizza. How do we get her money back?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. thx
