Romans Pizza Chatsworth "Get it While it's Cold"

Yesterday the 27th of September 2020 I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pizza pies for delivery from Romans Pizza Chatsworth and was that the order will be delivered within an hour and a half due to the weather and I agreed to this. The order was delivered a few minutes before expected however the pizzas were cold with hardening dry cheese and the 2 pizza pies were not with the order. I immediately contacted the manager Mohammed of the Chatsworth Branch who informed me that the 2 pizza pies were sitting on a shelf in his store and he will send it back with the delivery guy with 2 fresh hot pizzas and that I should send back the 2 cold pizzas so he could investigate.

I waited another hour and a half for the 2 "Fresh hot Pizzas" and pizza pies so while waiting I fed my hungry family sandwiches as waiting 3 hrs+ for a meal to be delivered puts a damper on one's appetite.

When the delivery finally arrived the pizzas and pies were in an unzipped, open warming bag and were again cold with dry hardening cheese. I was so ****ed off that I would have been very rude and vulgar with the manager and knew it was closing time for the store so I would get no further action or any satisfaction so I didn't call back and upset myself further.

I decided to let you know instead what you might be in store for when ordering pizza to be delivered from the Romans Pizza Chatsworth branch.
