Roman's pizza Chatsworth

30 October 2020. Today we ordered our pizza 1 hour ago. They told us the pizza will be ready in 30mins and waited a whole hour. We called before we could go inside and asked if our order was ready. The person on the phone said it was ready. We received terrible customer service by waiting outside in the rain. The manager was very unhelpful. We had told him we placed and order and the person on the phone said it was ready he said we had to wait. There was no social distancing outside Roman's as well. We had also asked the manager to check our order number and he refused he said we must wait in line yet placing and order one hour ago . We won't be ordering romans again. We had called twice and they had said it was ready. We are very upset with the misleading information we were getting from them. Manager is very rude and does not assist people with orders
