Romans Pizza Carnival Mall Bad service

Had a very bad service from this store on Friday 27 September 2019.

Staff does not understand pricing or what they are saying.

Staff member kept on telling me that I was getting something for free but could not show it to me.

Why should I pay a premium price if I order 2 different types of pizza's of witch the menu shows the one to be cheaper but I get charged the higher price.
