Romans pizza call in order service might as well be a walk in service because thats how long I had to wait for the order on top of the 25min order time

Just received the worst service ever from romans pizza brackenfell.

Don't bother calling in orders because you will end up waiting as long as a walk in client, all because they forgot to cook the food that was telphonically ordered.

The way that the manager (Justice) helped me was by saying absolutely nothing and instructing the stuff to refund me,.. My time was wasted, my sick child had to sit in the cold, and my Tim was wasted... Romans pizza brackenfell lost a loyal customer to the entire brand...

I also was a refund on my airtime wasted calling you guys to. Place the order....
