Romans Pizza Bluff - Poor customer service

I purchased R140 Sava Flava offering for collection from the Bluff branch. The pizza tasted didn't taste like the Sweetilicious flavor. I called the store but post whatsapp the photo of the pizza, I was advised that it was not BBQ. I requested for another pizza since the pizza didn't taste right bu

t was told that there was no way that the pizza could be delivered since none of the staff had vehicles or licenses and the owner lived too far away to accommodate the request. The owner was not friendly and it was a displeasure dealing with her. Please reconsider to whom franchises are sold to since poor customer service can be damaging to any brand. I will take in the pizza tomorrow. I will appreciate a refund since we had to make alternative arrangements for supper. I had to make cellphone costs at my expense and was expected to make another trip at my expense. This was a distasteful experience
