ROMANS PIZZA BELA BELA - PRICE MISREPRESENTATION

We visited Romans Pizza Bela Bela on 1 June 2020 at about 17:00. We ordered pizza (4 large) from the menu. The price on the menu is R129.00 for 2 large pizzas.

When the order was placed we were informed that the amount was R280 + (unfortunately I cannot not remember the exact amount).

We informed the cashier that the amount was incorrect as the Pizza price was R129.00 for two, therefore R260.00 for the 4 pizzas. She was rude and told us that the price has changed. There were nowhere in the store any indication that the price has changed. And while we were ordering (from this big Menu with the amount of R129.00 written all over) no one informed us that the price on the menu is incorrect. We then demand the price as on the menu as there is also no proof showed to us that the price has changed. She (Romans Pizza employee) stared at us and refuse to assist us. We then cancelled the order.
